Office Rent Prediction based on the Influenced Features

This study applies a new approach in identifying the best Machine Learning model to predict office rent and determining most significant factors influencing rental values. The Auto Model uses three (3) distinct types of algorithms, namely Decision Tree, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine. highlights that Tree outperformed Forest for better prediction. results statistical analysis using suggest among influence building rental, amenities, in-house services show roles model.
